IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING THE MWR ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET
Good morning,
We have a change of venue due to the flooding of the Banquet Room that was booked for the MWR Awards Banquet next Saturday March 14th. Since the room is not able to host the event, we had to move the MWR Awards Banquet down the road to the Embassy Suites.
All those that have made a reservation for a room at the Sheraton are asked to contact the Sheraton at 262-364-1100 and CANCEL their reservation. If your room at the Sheraton was in the room block (or if Linda Fairlamb has contacted you in the last couple of days to tell you we put your name on the room list at the Embassy Suites), the Embassy Suites has already booked a room in your name, and the Conference Manager will contact you directly for your payment information. The room rates for the Embassy Suites will remain the same, will still include your buffet breakfast, and you will receive TWO free drink tickets for the lobby bar prior to our event.
If you are only attending the MWR Awards Banquet and not staying the night, please note the address of the Embassy Suites below. If you would decide to make a room reservation for Saturday night, please call Jessica at the Embassy Suites and she will book you a room at the discounted rate.
We will still offer three entrées for dinner however they are prepared differently.
If you want to switch, please let me know by Saturday, March 7th.

Grilled salmon topped with honey mustard
Roasted chicken breast topped with lemon pepper cream
Filet Mignon topped with a red wine demi-glaze
